We offer a 3-month guarantee that we will achieve measurable follower growth on your social media accounts. If we cannot deliver growth within this period, we will continue to work for free until we do.

Scroll Bound Digital Marketing will require access to your social media accounts for the purpose of posting content and managing your social media presence. By signing up for our services, you grant us express approval to:
All customer social media accounts must be secured by the customer with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or another additional layer of security to prevent unauthorised access and hacking.
Liability Disclaimer: If a customer's account is hacked or compromised, Scroll Bound Digital Marketing will not be held liable for any resulting damages, losses, or consequences. We can assist in making the necessary appeals to the relevant social media platforms to attempt account recovery, however, customers acknowledge that account compromise is an inherent risk of operating social media accounts and that recovery is not guaranteed.
All posts made by Scroll Bound Digital Marketing on your social media accounts are made with your express approval, which is given at the point of signup. We work collaboratively with clients to ensure content aligns with their brand voice and messaging.
Customers pay in advance for services on a 30-day rolling contract basis. This means:
Example: If a customer signs up on February 13th, they are committed to services until March 13th. Cancellation during this period will not result in a refund for the remaining days.
All payments are processed through GoCardless. By signing up for our services, you agree to:
Payments will continue to be collected automatically each month until you choose to cancel the agreement in accordance with these Terms.

In the event of termination by Scroll Bound Digital Marketing for any of the above reasons, all monies collected remain with Scroll Bound Digital Marketing and no refunds will be issued.
Scroll Bound Digital Marketing may occasionally use third-party agencies or contractors to deliver sections of customer work that cannot be fulfilled in-house. By agreeing to work with Scroll Bound Digital Marketing, you explicitly consent to this arrangement.
Please note:
All original content created by Scroll Bound Digital Marketing for your social media accounts (including graphics, copy, and creative assets) becomes your property upon full payment for the relevant service period.
You retain ownership of any content, trademarks, logos, or materials you provide to us for use in your social media management.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Scroll Bound Digital Marketing reserves the right to showcase work created for you in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our working relationship. This includes, but is not limited to:
Scroll Bound Digital Marketing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing customers of any material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scroll Bound Digital Marketing regarding the use of our services.
